• You must be capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• Provide accurate, current information and promptly update it as necessary.

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• To operate the Service, you grant Festi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems.
• You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the above license and that your content complies with these Terms.

• The Service, including software, visuals, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Festi or its licensors and is protected by IP laws.
• Except for the limited rights expressly granted, Festi reserves all rights in the Service.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

The Service may integrate with third-party tools or links. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Festi is not responsible for third-party services.

Some features may be offered for a fee. Prices, taxes, and billing terms will be disclosed prior to purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once the applicable service period begins.

The Service may provide automated or AI-assisted features (for example, draft suggestions). Outputs may be imprecise or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring they meet your needs and comply with applicable laws. Do not rely on AI outputs as professional advice.

We may provide early-access or experimental features. Such features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time and are provided "as is."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Festi and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Festi and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please notify us with sufficient detail to identify the work claimed to be infringed and the allegedly infringing material. Use the Contact page to reach us with your notice. We may remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers' accounts.

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any violation of these Terms or to comply with law.
• You may stop using the Service at any time. Some provisions of these Terms will survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnities).
