Guests can browse a shared event website in their browser. They sign in for personal actions such as RSVPing or adding travel details. Downloading the app is optional.

Yes. Add activities across several days, each with its own time, location and details. Guests can browse the agenda by day. The same schedule works for a single-day event.

Yes. Record guest flights, share hotel information and booking links, assign rooms and vehicles, and set pickup locations and times. Festi records these plans; hotel reservations are made through the hotel or its booking link.

Yes. Connect Claude or ChatGPT to create events, review RSVPs, adjust the schedule and manage rooms with your account’s permissions. Find the setup steps and example requests on the assistant page.

Share the event link, QR code or event code. Hosts control access and approval settings. Guests sign in to RSVP or add personal details.

Yes. Import a spreadsheet, CSV file, pasted text, photo or PDF, then review the extracted guest details. Export the guest list as CSV or Excel.

Choose a theme, page layout and cover image. Use accent colors extracted from your cover or select a preset palette.

Sign in and opt in to face recognition, then add selfies to your profile. Festi can use them to find matching photos across events you attend. Turning matching off deletes your selfies and face data; existing photo tags can be removed separately.

Yes. Use co-host roles, document uploads, per-day schedules, flight information and room assignments to coordinate an offsite with attendees arriving from multiple cities.
