FAQ

Can one schedule cover a whole weekend?
Yes. Add activities across multiple days, each with its own time, location and details. Guests can browse by day. The same schedule works for a single evening.
Can everyone edit the schedule?
No. Hosts and organizers with schedule permission can edit it. Guests browse the activities they can access; they do not get editing permission just by joining.
Will a schedule change notify every guest?
Saving an activity updates the shared event plan. It does not automatically send a push notification to every guest. Use announcements or event chat to explain changes, and ask guests to check the current schedule.
