Connect Festi to Claude or ChatGPT
Ask your assistant to review RSVPs, update schedule activities and manage room assignments. Connect your Festi account to give it access to the events and tools your role allows.

Use your event’s guest list and schedule
After you connect, your assistant can read event details through Festi’s tools. Ask who has replied, check an activity’s time or request a schedule change. Available actions depend on your event role.

Ask for a proposal when details need interpretation. Check names read from photos and suggested room assignments before approving changes.

Claude
Custom connectors are available on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. Managed accounts may need an owner to add Festi first. Claude account requirements.
On Claude web, open Customize → Connectors and add a custom web connector at https://planfesti.com/mcp/claude. Choose sign-in authentication and Register automatically if asked, then authorize with Festi.

OpenAI lists full custom connections for Business and Enterprise/Edu on the web. Creating one requires the appropriate workspace permissions. ChatGPT account and workspace requirements.
On ChatGPT web, open Plugins → + → Add custom MCP server. Enter https://planfesti.com/mcp/openai, choose OAuth and authorize with Festi. Create and install the plugin, then select it with @ in a chat.
Official ChatGPT setup guideOAuth grants all available tools within your Festi role, rather than a selection of individual permissions. For narrower access in clients that accept bearer tokens, use personal access tokens. Review changes before approving an assistant action.
Account authorization
The connection is granted by you, in your browser, signed in as you — and you can remove the connection from your assistant when you want to stop using it.
Event permissions
Your Festi role determines what the assistant can read or change. Hosts and co-hosts can manage their events; guests can use the tools available to their role.
Event updates
Schedule and guest changes appear in your event. Announcements made through the connector are posted to the event feed; they do not send push notifications or targeted reminders.
